My guide Lulu kept me accompanied and was very knowledgeable about the stories of all places we visited. She also knows many cute and decent restaurants in Damascus, and took me to a speakeasy. We took road trip from Damascus to Aleppo and back. Probably the only time I am willing to take a road trip. All the sites along the way are super meaningful and cool in their own rights.

A massive thank you to Ali, our guide and Mohammed, our driver, whose knowledge, hospitality (and patience!) were second to none. We saw some incredible places, over a couple of days, and their know-how and energy kept us excited for each day, which was different from the last.

Syria Scope’s choice of accommodation, food and sights to see where absolute quality, and we felt they had years of experience that really contributed to this knowledge.

We had a big change to make at the end of our trip due to cancelled flights, and Syria Scope was straight on making sure that we were supported all the way through when leaving the country, so I just wanted to add this extra touch was particularly memorable for us and we would like to extend our thanks to everyone for arranging the logistics for this.
