In order to book and reserve a spot on the tour, no Deposit is required. the Full Amount Should be paid when you arrive Syria.
All cancellation notices must be received in writing and will become effective as of the date of receipt by us.If the customer decides to cancel after booking the tour:45 to 5 days before the beginning of the tour: no charge5 to 1 days before the beginning of the tour: 20% charge from the full price of the tour.In the event of the company incurring non-refundable costs and expenses, including, but not limited to flight booking and hotel reservations this shall be charge by the customer.If circumstances force you to leave the Tour early, you will have to bear any additional costs yourself.
If the tour needs to be canceled due to a major force like a global pandemic or any specific war/conflict that might affect the customer’s security during the tour, the trip will be postponed.
any event or circumstances which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include but are not limited to war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather or road conditions, fire, bureaucratic obstacles, cancellations & changes in schedules or mode of transport by airlines, bus operators and all similar events outside our control.
With Syria Scope Travel terms and Conditions Customers are required to follow local laws and regulations at all times. In the result of a breach of local law, we will not be held in any way responsible and the customer will take responsibility for any consequences, financial or otherwise, that arise from their actions.Customers are required to follow the guidance and company rules of Syria Scope Travel at all times.We reserve the right to expel without refund, those customers who refuse to abide by company policies.
Due to the nature of travel/tourism in tSyria, itineraries do not provide or imply a guarantee of the tour’s contents. Though we will make every effort to keep itineraries as described and to find suitable replacements, Syria Scope Travel reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary in response to unforeseeable events.
